How to find work you love

“Find a job you love… and you’ll never work another day in your life.” Confucius gave this career advice around 2,500 years ago, and it’s still relevant to our lives in society today, perhaps even more so.

Many people find themselves struggling in their jobs and often continue in their career because “that’s who they are now.” If you stepped out of yourself for a moment and took a long hard (and honest) look at your own skills, your strengths and your interests, would you hire you for your current job?
